More than Book Donations

We are pleased to have had the opportunity to support the Grimm & Co crowdfunder and their mission to inspire creativity and imagination in the community. We very proudly sponsored the Giant Storytelling Chair, the publishing of the Saturday Club Novella, some of the outdoor sensory space, and a trip for a class of school children. At Jude and the Book Factory, we understand the importance of fostering a love of books and storytelling in young minds and are grateful to have the chance to make a positive impact within our community. Its a place that we know Jude would have loved! 

As part of our commitment to giving back to the community that helped along Jude's cancer journey, Jude and the Book Factory sponsored three snowflakes across the city. The glow of these snowflakes is a sign of Christmas in the city, and we are thrilled to have contributed to such a wonderful cause. Our fundraising efforts raised £1850 for The Children’s Hospital Charity, and we are grateful for everyone who helped made our snowflake appeal a success.

Living Paintings is a wonderful charity that creates and delivers audio and tactile books to blind children and adults. At Jude and the Book Factory, we were compelled to support their mission by donating £60 to their cause after being introduced to them by a parent of one of our 'frends'  who gets deliveries of these books. We hope that our donation helps them continue their important work.
